Whether you're a novice looking to begin your healing journey or looking for community and consistency in your practice, we're so glad you landed here. We are a growing global community who come together to learn, practice and connect to our ancestors, guides and our medicine.

The Sanctuary is a sacred space for community members to remember who they are; through rituals, workshops, community meetings, book clubs, movement and dance classes, virtual retreats, plant medicine... we have a blast on our healing journey as we witness each other RISE to our unique medicine.

Our community consists primarily of Black, Brown and Indigenous folks, LGBTQ+ and all those who consider themselves misfists. In this space, you belong, you are seen and celebrated for who you are and your uniqueness. We welcome people from all walks of life, ages and spiritual traditions. What we teach and practice is universal—we are not here to tell you how to lead your journey, we are here to supporting you in BEing YOURSELF and reclaim your unique medicine.
